A restaurant manager has been charged after fraudulently using a customer’s credit card during her employment at Silo Falls Restaurant in Brookeville, according to police. The suspect has been identified as 30-year-old Brooke Chamber of Rockville. Chamber's fraudulently used a customer’s credit card for her now ex-boyfriend’s WSSC bills while working as a manager at the restaurant, according to charging documents.
